A practical guide

Check each entered value before saving a copy.

  1. Choose a PDF with supported existing fields and inspect the field list.
  2. Enter text or choose available checkbox, dropdown or radio values.
  3. Choose whether to flatten the fields, create the copy, then inspect each value.

Try this example

Fill supported fields in a short event request and inspect the finished pages at normal size before presenting the copy.

Before

After

  • Reference: A123
Input and expected output for this task. Illustrative example.

Before you start: This fills supported existing fields; it does not create fields. XFA, signature fields and scripts are unsupported, and field appearances may change. Flatten only when a fixed visual copy is intended.
