A practical guide
Review before removing a separator page.
- Choose the report and open the candidate pages for inspection.
- Select only pages that are actually unnecessary to the report.
- Confirm the removal and review the report's new page sequence.
Try this example
Review a 16-page report with a candidate at position 8. Check the rendered page and adjacent pages before confirming; then verify the chart formerly on page 9 follows page 7 in the output.

Before you start: Do not assume an image-only scanned blank will be found; inspect candidates and keep a source copy.

Limits and important details
10 MiB and 40 pages for analysis. Only pages with no drawing commands or annotations are proposed; blank-looking scans, white images and faint marks are not detected. Review and confirm selected candidates. Keep at least one page; the original is unchanged.

Choose one PDF within 10 MiB and 40 pages. Review each structurally empty candidate, select only pages you confirm should be removed, then confirm and check the remaining sequence. Image-only scanned pages may not be detected as blank.
