A practical guide

Check the chart page at presentation scale.

  1. Select the report pages that contain the visuals for your draft.
  2. Choose PNG and a supported rendering resolution.
  3. Export the ZIP and review labels at the intended display size.

Try this example

Export the cover and chart page from a nine-page report as PNG. Inspect the chart labels at presentation scale and confirm the cover is the first image in the ZIP.

Before you start: PNG preserves the rendered page pixels; it does not turn a chart into editable data.

Combine images into a PDF
What you get

Render selected PDF pages as PNG images in a ZIP. Choose page positions and resolution.

Limits and important details

10 MiB input, 200 source pages, 20 selected pages, 4 MP per page/image, 24 MP total and 48 MiB ZIP; extraction also caps at 100 images. Stencil masks and grouped inline images are unsupported. Extraction excludes annotation appearances and does not apply page clipping, rotation or overlays; hidden image areas may be included. Repeats are deduplicated within each page only. Complex PDFs can need more memory. No OCR; ZIP is not PDF input.
