A practical guide

One report per title page.

  1. Choose one PDF with selectable text.
  2. Enter the phrase that begins each part, such as Account Statement or Invoice No.
  3. Split it and check the first page of each part; names show the page ranges.

Before you start: Pages before the first match form part 1. Matching ignores case and extra spaces. Scanned pages need a text layer first (Searchable PDF).

What you get

Start a new PDF at every page that contains the phrase you enter, such as a statement or chapter heading. Pages keep their order.

Limits and important details

One PDF with selectable text, up to 60 MB and 500 pages; up to 200 parts. The phrase is matched without case; scanned pages without a text layer never match.
